Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

 

1. Booking & Payment
•    A £30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
•    The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking. If payment is not received, your appointment may be

cancelled and offered to another client.
•    The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment via bank transfer before your appointment begins.
•    Payment details will be provided upon booking.

 

2. Appointment Confirmation
•    Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
•    If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, your booking may be cancelled.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
•    If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment.
•    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
•    No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may require full payment in advance for future bookings.

 

4. Late Arrivals
•    If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment, and your deposit may be forfeited.
•    Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.

 

5. Refund Policy
•    Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
•    If you decide not to proceed with your treatment after paying the full balance, refunds will not be provided unless there is a medical reason confirmed by a doctor.

 

6. Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers only at this time. Payment details will be provided upon booking.
